TRAVELLERS INTERNATIONAL HOTEL GROUP, INC.


Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc. (the “Company”) is a developer of integrated resorts in the Philippines. The Company was awarded one of the first licenses issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (“PAGCOR”) in June 2008 to construct and operate integrated leisure and gaming facilities to an international standard with the goal of enhancing tourism in the Philippines.

In August 2009, the Company began operations at Newport City in Pasay City, the first integrated leisure and resort property in the Philippines that combines privately-operated gaming facilities with non-gaming features. Newport City features the Newport Mall, which includes several retail outlets and restaurants, a 1,500 seat performing arts theater (the “Newport Performing Arts Theater”) and a four-screen cinema; various international and luxury hotel brands including the Marriott Hotel Manila, Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City, Marriott West Wing, Hilton Manila, Sheraton Manila Hotel and Hotel Okura Manila; and a world-class events and convention center, the Marriott Grand Ballroom. The Company expanded outside Metro Manila with the opening of another Marriott brand hotel in May 2018 located at Iloilo Business Park, the 326-room Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo.
